Moondrop Jiu features a versatile USB Type-C connection port which can be connected to phones, laptops, and computers. It not only gets a modified connection interface but also has upgraded signal input via integrated DSP adjustments. Moondrop has taken the cavity structure and driver configuration of the Chu and further optimised its performance using DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology for the JIU.

Tuned Following Moondrop’s VDSF Target Curve

The Moondrop JIU has been fine-tuned by Moondrop using their renowned VDSF target response curve, which is a parametric target that uses composite elements to restore audio quality to mastering levels. The VDSF curve matches the more known Harman Target, which can mean a generally enjoyable sound signature.

Composite Cavity Dynamic Driver

The diaphragm has improved rigidity and damping, leading to better treble extension and details. Additionally, JIU utilises Aria's decentralised dynamic structure, a 10mm composite cavity with a high-frequency phased waveguide, N52 ND magnet internal magnetic circuit, and 0.035mm ultra-thin imported CCAW sound coil to achieve high energy conversion efficiency and deliver exceptional performance with a full dynamic range and rich details.
